OCM XCM Minimum System Requirements

 

The OCM XCM Samsung XOA embedded device management solution requires that the OCM operating system is installed on a Windows server with the following  minimum server specifications:

 

 

Windows Server

 

  • Windows 2008 and 2003 SP1.
  • VMware and Microsoft Virtual Server, are supported
  • 1.6 GHz CPU (recommended 2 GHz or faster)
  • 2 GB of RAM or greater.
  • 10 GB of free disk space (depending on device and user data captured).
  • 32-bit and 64-bit servers are supported

 

 

Web Interface

 

No additional web interface software is required.

 

 

OCM Central Database

 

Microsoft SQL Server 2005 R2 Express is an integrated part of the OCM XOA software solution. Also requires:

 

  • SP1 and Windows Installer 4.5.
  • Microsoft Net Framework 3.5

 

 

Server Security and Firewall Settings

 
No changes or modifications to server security or firewall settings
